1. What are the payment methods available for purchases in our online store?

You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or any major credit card.

2. What is the delivery time frame for orders?

After placing your order, it will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that the postal service handles the package from that point on.

3. Are there any shipping fees?

The shipping cost is $5.00 per order. For orders of $65.00 or more, shipping is free for both PR and USA.?

4. Where do we ship to?

We ship to both Puerto Rico (PR) and the USA.

5. What happens if the postal service loses the package?

The shipment is insured by the postal service. If the package is lost, a claim will be filed with them according to their policies and regulations.

6. Can an order be canceled after payment is made?

No, cancellations are not possible after payment. To avoid any issues, please review your order  to ensure all details are correct before finalizing the payment.

7. Is it possible to return an order?

Our policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days of your purchase and only applies to unused items with manufacturing errors or mistaken orders. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after this 30-day period. To learn more about the return process, please visit the return policy document.
