Returns Policy

Our policy allows for returns and refunds within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds after this 30-day period. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. We only accept returns for mistaken orders or items with manufacturer defects.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived, please check your bank account first.

Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it via mail to the return address indicated on the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

For more valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
